What we collect on this website
- Basic analytics only: We measure visit counts and pages viewed to improve the site. Our analytics provider is Dream Host and we do not use advertising pixels (e.g., Meta/Google Ads remarketing).
- Technical data: your browser type, device, approximate city/region, and short-term IP data used for security and aggregate stats. If supported, IPs are truncated/anonymized by our analytics tool.
- Forms/secure messages: Please do not submit medical details on public forms. For clinical questions and records, use our patient portal.
Cookies
- We use essential cookies for site security and basic functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
- If you log in as a site administrator (not typical for visitors), WordPress may set additional cookies.
Sharing
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We share data only with service providers that help run our website/analytics under appropriate agreements.
Data retention
- Aggregated analytics are kept for 30 days. Security logs may be kept up to 90 days.

Our typical uses - Treatment, payment, and health care operations.
Other uses/disclosures - As required by law and for specific public interest purposes (public health, abuse/neglect reporting, law enforcement, etc.), with limits.
Marketing/sale of PHI/psychotherapy notes - We do not sell your information and do not use PHI for marketing without your written authorization.
Our responsibilities - Maintain PHI privacy/security; notify you of a reportable breach; follow this Notice; obtain your authorization for uses not described here.
