All visits are conducted virtually, unless alternative arrangements are made prior to scheduling. We currently offer virtual nutrition consultations throughout in New Mexico, California, Colorado, Oregon, New York, Washington, and Arizona, with limited mobile visits along the NM I-25 corridor, in addition to our location in Portland, Oregon.

How does secure messaging work? Responses from secure messaging will require an access code that will be in a separate email from “MailHippo”. This access code will serve as your temporary password when you are prompted to log in. You will then be prompted to set your own passcode.

Discovery Calls

We don’t offer discovery calls or free consults. Personalized nutrition care begins with an initial nutrition assessment (telehealth or in-person), where we review your history and goals and outline a plan. Questions about services/insurance?
