How does secure messaging work? Responses from secure messaging will require an access code that will be in a separate email from “MailHippo”. This access code will serve as your temporary password when you are prompted to log in. You will then be prompted to set your own passcode.

Current Patients: Please reply to any of the emails we sent you or send us a text to request an appointment or with questions. We can also send you a scheduling link for follow-up appointments that are not available in the link above.
All visits are conducted virtually, unless alternative arrangements are made prior to scheduling. We currently offer virtual nutrition consultations throughout in New Mexico, Colorado, Oregon, New York, Washington, and Arizona, with limited mobile visits along the I-25 corridor. Insurance participation and coverage may vary by plan and by state.

Discovery Calls
We don’t offer discovery calls or free consults. As an insurance-based practice and a licensed health professional, we must follow current federal and local laws regarding patient-provider relationships, privacy, insurance, and medical practice. Personalized nutrition care begins with an initial nutrition assessment (telehealth or in-person), where we review your history and goals and outline a plan. Questions about services/insurance?
