Our Misson
“Spoon Theory,” conceived by writer Christine Miserandino, illustrates the finite physical and mental energy available to individuals, particularly those with disabilities and complex health conditions. More Spoons LLC is dedicated to providing quality care for individuals who are neurodivergent or those with disabilities, empowering them to make dietary changes to improve their health. More Spoons Nutrition is a body-positive, neurodiversity-affirming, LGBTQIA+ inclusive and integrative nutrition practice.
Our Approach
At More Spoons, we don’t believe you need to be “fixed.”
Unlike some integrative nutrition practices, we honor neurodivergent bodies and minds just as they are. Our goal is to support you in feeling more comfortable, nourished, and empowered in your body — whatever that looks like for you.
We start by strengthening your foundational health — creating a solid base that helps other parts of your wellbeing feel more manageable.
Our care blends traditional nutrition practices with holistic, functional approaches, always tailored to your sensory needs, routines, and preferences.
We use food, lifestyle tools, and supplements (when helpful) to support your body’s natural rhythms and promote long-term resilience — never one-size-fits-all, and never pushing you toward someone else’s version of “health.”
